I waive, release, and discharge Car Plug NYC, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, vendors, and agents from any and all liability, including liability arising from negligence or fault, related to the delivery of my vehicle. I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to pursue legal action against Car Plug NYC for any claims arising from the delivery of my vehicle to my chosen destination.This Accident Waiver and Release of Liability shall be interpreted broadly to provide the maximum protection permissible under applicable law.
